Yeah!! today I made Ba Kut Teh over here in Melbourne!! and its not bad at all!! pretty nice for the 1st attempt..maybe make it darker and it will be way cooler!! I let my house mates Jonna and Sophia who are Singaporeans as well tried, that say it have the HOME feel.... And Faye, another housemate from china who never tried it before say it was nice!! But anyway...Makes me really miss my grandma's cooking and all the Singaporean FOOD!!! Next wish list of Singaporean food to try cooking is.... HOKIEN MEE!! how about that?!
After then Ba Kut Teh, Audrey then proceed to make some....Biscuits!! hehe whole afternoon of kitchen therapy for me LALALA...where I have a try with my new toy! a cake decorating tool that I am so excited with! will try more of it next time!!
